This space is controlled and managed by Campus Recreation. -In order to reserve this location, approval is require from the Associate Director of Campus Recreation. -The court may only be reserved if Rec Court 2 is available during the time frame. -All guests on the court must be wearing proper athletic shoes to avoid damaging the court. -Failure to end the event by the specified reservation time, failure to show up at all, late arrivals (past the reservation start time) and extraordinary cleaning requirements will result in a labor fee. -Sponsoring organization is responsible for the removal of all trash. Failure to clean will result in a fee of $50 or more. -All events must abide by location's Fire Code regulations. If an event does not abide by Fire Code regulations, Conference & Event Services has the right to modify, change and/or end the event. -2 hours in between events required for setup/takedown and clean up.

Any event with less than 150 guests MUST use the room AS IS. -Candles are permitted but they must be placed on tables and covered in a glass hurricane or votive holder with 1.5 inch clearance from tip of flame to the top of the candleholder -No adhesives, staples, tacks, or nails may be used to decorate.
