HOW TO GET AN ONITY ACCESS CARD<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For students interested in booking a post production room, please complete the following steps. Please note that the policies and procedures for booking a space are subject to change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Email posttech@lmu.edu<\/a> to request access to your desired editing suite or room.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You will receive an email back with a form that includes a Room Booking Agreement form. Please sign the forms and email them back to posttech@lmu.edu<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You will receive a follow up email with your account and access information. Please click on the link and fill out the information necessary to book your request for an editing suite or room. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Your request for your will be either approved or denied. Please note that you may only book a room for up to three hours at a time. Each day, there are two available slots – 10am-1pm or 3pm-6pm. If you book a room for more than three hours or outside of these time slots, your request may be denied. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once your request is approved and your room is officially booked, on the date and time requested, the room will be open, and an Onity card, which gives you access to the room, will be on the desk. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Computer labs located at COMM 204 and BRY 262 are available to students during normal business hours when classes are not scheduled. Students can use these rooms when they are available without an appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
